What do connectors do? As the name implies, our task is to connect. In normal instances, first time strangers to a church would usually sneak in & out without the pastors, leaders or regulars noticing them. Thus connectors would intentionally seek out these newcomers, get their info & have a chat with them over a cup of drink after the service.
